Chilli Chappathi-Recipe  [Wednesday, May 27, 2009]
   
 

 Ingredients:

Chappathi  - 6to8
Onion   - 1
Tomato   - 1
Capsicum  - 1
Ginger, garlicpaste - 1tsp
Green chillies  - 2
Soya sauce  - 1 tsp (optional)
Gram masala powder   - ½ tsp
Dhania powder   - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder  - ½ tsp

Method:

Heat oil in a pan , fry onions and green chillis and add ginger garlic paste . After few seconds add chopped tomato and dhania , turmeric and gram masala powder.Fry till raw smell goes. Then add capsicum and soya sause. Finaly add chappathis in pieces and fry for some time on a low flame.
