Ingredients
Baingan: 4
Onion: 2
Garlic: 5 cloves
Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Cardamom: 2
Cloves: 2
Curd: One cup
Dal Chini: a pinch
coal: 1
Ghee: 2 tsp
Preparation method
~ Peel the onions, first layer of it to be kept aside.
~ After chopping the onion, fry and add masala to it.
~ Put brinjal on the gas flame till it becomes pulpy.
~ Then remove the brinjal stem and beat the pulp so it becomes bharta.
~ Add garam masala, curd allow it to cool.
~ Take the coal and heat it till it becomes red.
~ Put the heated coal on the onion layer and put it inside the dish.
~ When it emits smoke put the ghee.
~ Smoked Baingan is ready!!
