Pramid Smira's managing director, P S Saminathan was released on bail after he was arrested by a team of policemen from Haryana.The policemen from Haryana told reporters at the Tambaram court premises that they were acting on an arrest warrant issued by a Gurgaon court against Mr. Swaminathan under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
