IIT Madras decided to file appeal against Madras High Court order setting aside appointment of M S Ananth as Director of the institute for a second term. The Director , M S Ananth said that he had approached the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) for assistance . According to him the matter was 'technical'.
