Mr Hasan Ali, congress MLA at Ramanathapuram got threatning call from a London based mobile phone. The caller said that he possessed letters written by Mr Hasan to Srilankan President M ahindra Rajapakshe and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi on the Elam issue. The caller who refused to identify himself had spoken in a typical tamil accent. He warned Mr Hasan that he will have to face severe consequences for actions taken by him on Srilankan issue.
