Inaugurating Indian Bank's 14th Micro State Branch at Pallavaram, Local Administration Minister M K Stalin dedicated 11 biometric automated teller machines for the Self Help Groups here. The biometric facilities can be operated by the authorised members of the Self Help Groups by authenticating their finger prints. The impressions of the left thumb and both the index fingers of members would be fed into the system. When the ATM is used, the user can use anyone of the three fingers for acessing the account.
