From the end of March, the renovated international arrival hall in Chennai airport would be used as domestic arrival hall. Work on the new domestic arrival hall has started near the existing facility and will be completed in a  short span of time. The existing domestic arrival hall was spread over 3,000 sq.m. on the ground floor and there was only a corridor on the first floor.
