Asin, the talk of the year in the Indian Cinema, is said to have turned down an offer from PETA to be their Brand Ambassador. Asin had turned down the offer on the grounds that she is a strict non-vegetarian. “After I entered the film industry, I restricted my non-veg diet to fish and chicken. I can't, however, remain without non-veg food even for a single day. Therefore, it won't be proper for me to involve myself in the campaign against non-vegetarian food.”, said Asin.
