'Masilamani' fame Nakul, who made his debutt through Boys received the Shivaji Award from his alma mater Ashram School. Nakul was an alumni of the school and Silambarasan and Soundarya was his class mates. The school is run by Rajanikanth's wife Latha.'Silambarasan and Soundarya (Rajini's younger daughter) were my classmates at Ashram. I was regularly selected for Chevalier Sivaji Award, an annual honour given to best on-stage performer of the school,' says Nakul. The award was instituted for the best stage performer.
