Popular film star Bala who starred in films like ‘Kadhal Kisu Kisu’, ‘Anbu’ and ‘Manjal Veyyil’ was engaged with Amrita Suresh, a popular contestant of the malayalam reality show 'Idea Star Singer'.The engagement of the two young couples were held at a hotel at Kochi in the typical tamil style and was attended by only the immediate family members of the couples and a few from the industry. The marriage will be happening only after a year. Bala and Amritha got the consent of their parents after they fell in love with each other n two years back. Bala was also the judge if the reality show in which Amrita was a top contestant.
