Team Vettaikaran is currently waiting for their lead lady Anushka to reach the site as she is busy shooting for her tamil flick 'Singam'. The crew says that the movie is about ninety percent complete. The songs are remaining to be shot and the team plans to shoot it in New Zealand. However, all this will depend on the call sheet schedules of the lead lady Anushka. Vettaikaran is expected to be released during Diwali. All the diwali releases of Vijay has been a sure success in the past and the entire team looks forward for the same. However the final decisions on the date of release will be decided by Sun Pictures.
