Seems like Kollywood star Sarath Kumar was very much impressed and influenced by his Mollywood project 'Pazzhassiraja'. The actor is all set to remake the Nadigar Thilakam's 'Veerapandiya Kattabomman' with the involvement of a huge budget and with the roping in of the latest technology in sound tracking and graphics. The film will be produced by his home production 'Raadan' run by his wife Radhika. Sources say that Radhika is on the look out for a suitable partner to jointly produce the film. Veerapandia Kattabomman was a film based on the story of a tamil king who fought against the British rule. The old version had Sivaji Ganesan and Gemini Ganesan in the lead roles.
