The live concert of A R Rahman at Marg Swarnabhoomi near Kalpakkam on sunday witnessed the greatest inflow of masses to have a look at the first indian academy winner, the composer of Jai Ho. The band was also accompanied by Sivamani, the well known drummer of the Rahman troop. The others that entertained the crowd included Hariharan, Sadhana Sargam and Benny Dayal. Rahman started off with his 'Kalpali'song from Rand De Basanti and went on to more numbers from Shivaji. He gave more focus to tamil songs. But there was an equal blend of slow and fast numbers.
