The music maestro and academy award winner attempts to soothe the poverty ridden lanes of India not just with his angelic music, but also with monetary compensations which he can manage to pool from his fans. The maestro's A R Rahman foundation runs in many places and actively engages in lending a helping hand to the poor and the needy. The foundation has plans to make it big by constructing educational institutions and quality infrastructure. Its an acknowledged fact that a major collection from his stage shows goes to this foundation. The team is planning to organize the next show in Salt Lake Stadium in Calcutta and hopes to draw 1 lakh plus audience.
