Leading film industry player Moser Baer will host a tamil film festival in Norway to promote kollywood films. In his report regarding the same, Moser Baer senior member G Dhananjayan said that the company has associated with Norway based Tamil associations led by  Mr Vaseeharan Sivalingam to organize the film festival. The festival will be held from February 6 to 9. The films that will be screened include  Subramaniapuram, Pasanga, Naadodigal, Anjathey, Nandalala, Ee, Peranmai, Poo, Raman Thediya Seethai, Mayandi Kudumbathaar. The festival will also be attended by directors like Sasikumar, Mysskin, Samuthiraikani and S P Jananathan. "It is a first such initiative to reach out to the Tamils in Norway. The festival would also be screening some films made by local Tamils there to encourage local talent.in a bid to promote Tamil cinema globally, we have associated with Norway-based Tamil associations led by Vaseeharan Sivalingam’s VN Music Dreams and organising a Tamil film festival there from February 6 to 9", said Jananathan on friday.
