'Aayirathil Oruvan', though a movie which made a great difference among the Pongal releases had to face tough criticism from the kollywood.But the lead star Karthi said that the movie was the outcome of the sincere hard work pooled in for over three years from a well knitted team. "The feedback about the movie from the fans and those in the industry has been very positive. The film’s distributors are also very happy with the performance of the movie at the box-office,"said an elated Karthi to the press persons. It is worthy to remember that Karthi got appreciated by the super star himself for his performance in the movie. Karthi also pointed out that the movie was a 'brave' attempt from the part of the director Selvaraghavan. He said that he was proud to have worked with an experienced and creative director like Selvaraghavan.
