The release of the much awaited flick 'Asal', starring Ajith would be released on February 12 as according to sources. The movie was to be released on February 5th. It was later postponed due to technical requirements. The film produced under the banner of Shivaji Productions will be released all across Tamil Nadu and in selected places abroad. The film has Ajith and Sameera Reddy in the lead roles. Bhavana and Suresh would also share the screen space with them. Ajith is very excited about the release of the movie. Director Saran also expressed his gratitude towards the producers Shivaji Films. "Sivaji Films is one of the best companies I've worked for. I think it's because they belong to a family of actors.They never bothered about the budget. All they wanted was a slick entertainer. The entire team of 'Asal' has worked very hard.", said the director.
