Sources hold that it would be a romantic film that he would be doing next. “Shankar has been tirelessly working from 2005 ever since he started ‘Sivaji’ with Superstar Rajinikanth. After ‘Sivaji’ got released in 2007, he did not take any long break and started ‘Endhiran’. Since both are made on big budgets with the numero uno actor of Tamil cinema playing the lead role, stress levels of Shankar are high.”said the sources close to the director.
