Vijay's 'Kaavalkkaran', the shooting of which was hurriedly progressing in chennai and adjoining areas has hit a road block. The mollywood producer of the flick, Jhonny Sagarika' has filed a complaint with the South Indian Film Chamber that the director Siddhique is attempting to remake the film without his consent.

The mollywood producer also said that the remake rights of the film is vested with Gokulam Finance from whom he received the loan for making the film. The remake in kollywood is produced by Tollywood producer Venkataraju. The flick which was much looked forward by the industry and the audience have thus hit a hard rock and the shooting will be cancelled at least till the clear compromise emerges between the mollywood producer and director siddhique.
