Kollywood director Ascar Ravichandran will organise the launch of his block buster flick 'Velayudham' starring Vijay in Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai. The launch of the movie is expected to be in June and will be produced by Jayam Raja. Plans are on to make the release a grand function. This would thus be 52nd movie of Illayathalapathy.
