Yesteryear kollywood star Nirosha has got back into the industry as a producer and director of short films. The actress was honoured by Finance Minister K Anbazhagan recently. The state government has widely encouraged such films recently as they support values among the people like developing savings behaviour , protecting and conserving the environment etc
