Gokulam , an yester year flick that had Arjun and Bhanupriya in the lead will be remade under the same title in Kollywood. The flick will now have Padmapriya in the lead. The film will also be a remake of the just released Telugu flick 'Andari Bandhuvaya'. The flick will have Sharvanand, a tollywood actor donning the male lead. He had earlier acted in the kollywood flick 'Kadhalna Summa Illai', which was directed by Chandra Siddartha. The new flick will be produced by Nayeem and Ramakrishna. The flick is based on the life of a couple who have different attitudes to each other. However a visit to a village due to some reason changes there entire approach towards life. The music of the film is scored by Anup Rubens and the flick is produced by Nayeem and Ramakrishna.
