Academy award winner A R Rahman apologized to all his fans for temporarily cancelling the Jai Ho world tour due to the accident that took place in Detroit. The musician will restart the tour on July 23 in UK. “In my 15 years of doing concerts I have always put my fans first. The accident in Detroit had a profound effect on all of us.The band, dancers, crew and I are all very disappointed, but it is the fans to whom I send the most heartfelt apology.The shows that were due to take place in Zurich on July 16, Paris on July 17 and Mannheim on July 18 have had to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control.”, Mr Rahman was quoted saying. The show in US is now postponed to September.
