Academy award winner A R Rahman said that the Common Wealth theme song to be composed by him will be titled 'Swagatham'. The Group of Ministers who listened to the song at an official meeting on sunday approved it. The music director said that the song will be dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. A R is teaming up with director Bharat Bala for the CWG theme song. Onlookers are hopeful of another hit from the duo who created the breath taking 'Vandemataram'.
