Kollywood actor Karthi has flewed to Greece for a short break from his heavy schedule. Karthi was seen acting in Paiyya, Naan Mahaan Alla etc at a stretch. His upcoming flick will be Siruthai with Tamannah in the lead. The hit pair adds to the expectations about Siruthai. However, the shooting of the flick is expected to begin soon after his return back from Greece. The actor also volunteered for some philanthrophic activities in the town which included shooting for a short film on heart diseases awareness.
