Kollywood flick 'Aarnya Kandam' was selected to be screened at the South Asian International Film Festival that will be held in New York from October 27 to November 2nd. SAIFF is a cultural organization that aims to encourage artists and films from south asian developing countries comprising India, Nepal, Srilanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Aaranya Kandam was produced by S P Balasubramaniam and has Jackie Shroff, Sampath and Ravi Krishna in lead roles. Fresher Yasmin Ponappa is the female lead. The flick is directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja and the music is scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
