Speaking to the media, STR aka Silambarasan said that multistarrers are the need of the hour and that he do not mind acting with other top kollywood actors including Dhanush. "Multi-starrers are the order of the day in Tamil cinema. In ‘Vaanam’, I am sharing the screen space with Bharath. In future, I don't mind acting with other heroes including Dhanush", said Simbu. The shooting of Vaanam with him in the lead is complete and the flick is a multistarrer as well. He said that the flick will have Anushka, Vega, Prakash Raj, Bharath and Sonia Agarwal sharing the screen space with him. Vaanam is produced by VTV pictures and has Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring the music.
