Uthamaputhiran starring Dhanush and Genelia is getting set to hit the screens on November 5. The flick will hit more than 600 screens in the state alone. “The film has been shaped up in such a way that it would be liked by one and all irrespective of what age or section they belong to. Hence the producers and distributors are planning such a big release”, said close sources. The flick is directed by Mithran R Jawahar, and is produced by N V Mohan Apparao under the Balaji studios banner. “The on-screen chemistry between Dhanush and Genelia is great. Action scenes will be one of the highlights of ‘Uthamaputhiran’ while comedy portions involving Dhanush and his Padikadhavan co-star Vivek will bring the roof down”, said the sources close to the team.
