Kollywood actor and director Cheran met Chief Minister M Karunanidhi on friday sparking up big rumours regarding his political ambitions. Cheran paid a surprise visit to the CM's residence in the morning . After the meeting he attempted to clarify himself to the media by saying that his visit was just a courtesy call. There were also rumours that the actor cum director might have sought the cm's help for some big budgeted flicks he is planning to direct.
