Kollywood star Dhanush's latest flick Uthamaputhiran hit a roadblock in the past week as the Goundar Community came forward with an allegation that the film tries to portray them in a bad light.The Coimbatore District Collector P Umanath advised the district theatre owners to stop screening the movie to avoid further trouble. “We are ready to remove the dialogues which the functionaries of Kongunadu Munnetra Kazhagam feel hurting the sentiments of Goundars. They can watch the movie again.The film has been made in such a way that it would bring disrepute to our community. We will not allow it run anywhere. Also, we demand an unconditional apology from those involved in the project,” , close sources said.
