Kollywood star Karthi Sivakumar will don the lead in a flick that will be directed by Boss Engira Baskaran fame Rajesh. Rajesh had penned the script for Suriya and had requested him to listen to the one line. Suriya heard the story but felt that his brother, Karthi, would be more good for the role. He also insisted Karthi to do the flick. It should be remembered that Karthi was very bountiful to shower praises on Arya for his performance in BEB. Now that the same director is coming up with yet another romantic comedy, there is no reason for Karthi to say no. Sources close to the actor said that he will take up the project as soon as he completes the flick Siruthai, with Tamannah as the female lead.
