Ace kollywood actress Shriya Saran denied reports that she was not happy with her role in Chikku Bhukku. Speaking to the media after her flick hit the screens, she said that she was perfectly happy with the way her new looks and role was received by the audience. “There is not even an iota of truths in such reports. I have no reason to feel unhappy or upset as I am happy with the reviews I have been getting for my performance in Chikku Bhukku.In fact, many have appreciated my looks and performance in the film. Why should I attend events in Bengaluru and Chennai to promote the film if I am not content with it.', the actress was quoted as saying. Chikku Bhukku was directed by Manikandan and has Arya starring the male lead. Shriya is currently at the sets of her new tamil project starring Jeeva in the lead role. The flick is titled 'Rowthiram' and it is expected to hit the screens by the beginning of 2011.
