Madras High Court on tuesday directed that the producer and the director of the flick should pledge a security of Rs 1.88 crore towards the suit filed against the release of Kaavalan. The verdict was made by Justice V Ramasubramaniam.  “I am of the view that K I Siddique (director) and Romesh Babu of Ekaveera Creations (producer) should be directed to furnish a security of Rs 1.88 crore.',the verdict read. Sources close to the Kaavlan team said that the court direction will be completly abided ad the flick will hit the screens for Pongal.
