Kollywood actor Madhavan will be seen in a absolutely different avatar in the flick 'Tanu weds Manu'. The flick will have Kanagana Ranaut as the female lead. The flick was shot in exotic locales of north india like Lucknow, Kapurthala, Indore etc "The film may be about a romance blooming in a small town but contrary to popular perception, these are people who are quite modern even though their values are pretty much intact.We shot at places like Indore, Lukcnow and Kapurthala. It was a very realistic set up. Having said that it was a lot of fun as well, something that I was longing for.", Madhavan was quoted as saying. The flick is directed by Anand L Rai and is expected to hit the screens on February 25.
