Actress turned politician Kushboo was chosen as a member of the selection committee that will decide on the nominations for 2009 and 2010 film awards. Other members of the committee include retired judge S Mohan, Tamil Film Producers Council president Rama Narayanan, film directors Amirtham, K Bhagyaraj, actors Chandrasekar, Sivakumar and Charuhasan. The committee is expected to come up with the final award list by the end of March.
