Fans of Kollywood actor Vijay filed a complaint with the police pleading enquiry over the alleged interference of some unidentified men when they were attempting to erect a cutout of the actor at a cinema hall in Ashoka Nagar. The complaint was filed by Jayaseelan, the president of the association.  “We had already fixed scaffolds and when we went to fix the banner, the police engaged some persons and removed the scaffolds. The police also didn’t give a proper reply.”, Jayaseelan said. Its now the second time that the Vijay fans were seen protesting alleging some outside interest against their activities.
