Ace kollywood director Mani Ratnam met youth congress president and the heir of Nehru family, Rahul Gandhi, in New Delhi. The actor was also accompanied by ace bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi. Sources close to the actor said that the meeting was connected with a charitable project that will be based in Chennai. Mani Ratnam has thus joined the lengthy list of celebrities who have met the leader off late. Earlier kollywood actors Revathi, Nasser, Illayathalapathy Vijay and others had met the congress leader in Delhi.
