Kollywood actor Vijay is all set to address his fans in his first political meeting in Nagapattinam. The actor will speak about the Srilankan navy's killing of Tamil fishermen. In a statement issued the actor called upon his fans to join him in the meeting. The meeting will be held in VTP College Grounds in Kadanpady Road in Nagapattinam.
