Kollywood actor Vijay seem to be  too determined  to set up his political career. Speaking at the public meeting convened by him in Nagapattinam, the actor called upon the tamil people to organise to protest against the attacks on tamil fishermen. He called upon his followers to send telegrams to Karunanidhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh expressing their anxiety over the issue. He accused the government of being unresponsive to the issue. He said that Tamils should come together whenever there is a problem to fellow Tamils.
