Kollywood flick 'Ponnar Shankar' starring actor Prasanth is all set for release. The flick is set on a historical background and is based on the tale of two warrior brothers. The script of the flick was penned by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi. Prasanth will don a dual role in the flick according to sources. Ponnar Shankar will have Divya Parameshwaren, Pooja Chopra (Miss India 2009), Jayaram, Khusboo, Prakash Raj, Sneha, Vadivelu, Seetha, Nepoleaon, Lakshmi, Raj Kiran and Sukumari sharing the screen space.
