Kollywood actor Suriya told the media that the common belief that he do not prefer to work with debutant director is wrong. “If any new director impresses me with a story to which I couldn’t say no, I am ready to work with them. A couple of my films with debutant filmmakers failed in the past. So I opted to work with familiar directors, whose skills are already proven. There is no other reason behind this.”, the actor was quoted as saying. Suriya is currently busy with the shooting of Maatran.
