Project 'Rana' ,staring Rajanikanth in the lead , had hit news headlines when veteran actress Rekha withdrew from the project. Rana is back to make news yet again as the team successfully roped in Amitabh Bachan for the project. The friendship between Big B and Rajani is popular in bollywood and kollywood. Rajani's request was hence welcomed with both hands by Mr Bachan. He will don a special role in second half of the flick. The reunion of the ace actors is happening after 20 long years since their last flick 'Hum' in 1991.
