Kollywood actress Sherin has lodged a complaint with South Indian Artistes Association (SIAA) alleging that producer-actor Sanjay Ram has not given her the agreed remuneration for the upcoming project 'Poova Thalaiya'. The actress said that the producer had agreed to give her Rs 9 lakh, but only gave her Rs 4 lakh in all.

“Sherin took part in Poova Thalaiya shooting for 25 days. They assured us that the balance amount would be given once the remaining part of the shoot is over.However, there is no communication from them so far and whenever we tried contacting the production side through phone, they were not ready to attend our calls. So we have approached the Nadigar Sangam. We have already filed a similar complaint.", teh actress'es mother said. It is expected that the SIAA will take up this issue for discussion.
