The short film 'Amma' has won the honour of being screened at the Cannes Film Festival. The flick is directed by M Prabhaharan and is based on the story by Pushpa Thangadurai. The music of the flick is scored by Illayaraja. Amma is set in Kodaikanal. The flick will also be a part of the Orlando, Chicago and Moscow film festivals according to sources. The flick has american actor Marc and kollywood actress Archana in the lead.
