Rajani who is supposed to be busy with his just launched project Rana was hosiptalised week before last. Close sources revealed that his fans world ver has been quite disturbed by the news of his hospitalization.

Millions of Rajani fans are discussing the issue over social networking forums internationally. They have all offered their prayers and support to the actor. The superstar was discharged from the hospital on wednesday and has been advised to take bed rest for a week. Sources report that the actor will return to the sets of Rana as soon as he recovers from his ailment.
