Veteran Kollywood actor Kamal Hassan has finally narrowed down on Anushka as the female lead in Viswaroopam. The flick which will be scripted and directed by Kamal has delayed due to technical reasons. The team had initially roped in Sonakshi Sinha for the project.

But the actress withdrew from the project as the project got delayed infinitely. The team finally decided to rope in Anushka especially because of her popularity in both Telugu and Tamil. The flick will be a multilingual. The shooting is expected to go on floors as soon as the Kamal Hassan completes his immediate commitments in kollywood.
