The Madras High Court has denied anticipatory bail to Kushboo in a case related to an election campaign in Andipatti. A case has been filed against Kushboo for launching a campaign in Andipatti without obtaining required permission from police and election officials.

 

Her campaign had caused hindrances to the public. Justice R Mala of Madras High court dismissed her plea for advance bail. However the actress successfully obtained anticipatory bail for another case related to campaigning during Assembly elections in Panchettypatti region in Theni district.
