Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajeshekara Reddy died in a freaky accident as the chopper in which he travelled to Chittor blasted due to engine failure and fuel tank damage. The accident killed all the passengers in the chopper including the Chief Minister. The mortal remains of the passengers were later retrived after a long search in the adjoining forests. The mortal remains of the Chief Minister was cremeated on Friday afternoon at Idupalapaya. YSR as he is fondly called by the party cadres is survived by his wife Vijayalaxmi, son, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, and daughter Sharmila.
