The Union MInister for Chemicals and Fertilizers, M K Azhagiri said that all efforts would be taken to restore the state as a beneficiary of the Kakinada based gas grid. He was referring to this at the inaugural of the 99 the General Meeting of the South India Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The minister said that the state would have to wait until all the related legal issues are resolved. “I will only be glad if I am invited to reopen a factory that was inaugurated by my father (Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi),” said the minister in relation to the issue.
