A R Rahman landed back home to the midst of a rousing welcome after his achievement at the Oscars. The 43 year old musician arrived at Chennai Airport at 2.30 am and was greeted by a crowd comprising fans and friends. "This (Oscar awards) is for the younger generation. I am told now that I have already crossed a major phase of my life. I hope they take inspiration from this and spread the message of peace and love." , said Mr Rahman.
